The majority of products from AftermarketUS are returnable. To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) within 30 days of receipt of the product.
No return is accepted after 30 days of receipt of the product(s)
Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the receipt of the item. We encourage customers to open packages immediately after delivery.Â
All items must have an RMA# and be received in a new, unused, and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and documentations) to receive a refund, excluding any shipping costs.
AftermarketUS does not accept returns on used items.
Orders listed below carry a 20% Restocking Fee
a. Orders returned due to a change in the decision made to buy the product.Â
b. Orders returned by shipping carriers because of the wrong address provided.
c. Orders placed for the incorrect make model year of your vehicle.

Because manufacturers are constantly changing vehicle designs, we do not guarantee an older part will fit a newer vehicle and vice versa. Ordering a product not specifically designed for your vehicle (for example, a 2006 model car cover ordered for a 2007 vehicle) is done at your own risk and will incur a restocking fee if returned.
AftermarketUS will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances.
