I've gone through 3 sets of plastic fenders on my Freightliner in 3 years. They always break if you ever get towed with a trailer. Decided to go with these instead. WOW. Not only do they look great, they are really quality made. They have the protective covering on the shiny side and the flap is thick rubber. This is a complete kit including the support bars that bolt on to the frame. And shipping was at lightning speed!
